I have 20 years of experience as a Coach and HR/OD specialist, holding both business consulting and senior HRD roles in the public sector.

Assisting senior teams and leaders to review priorities and implement change programmes, while developing individuals and teams to deliver.
Known for my commitment, energy and flexibility in working with my clients, I have a reputation for being supportive, while asking those all-important questions to enable straight talking, getting to the heart of issues.
As an experienced executive coach, building strong personal relationships with clients enables me to provide just the right level of challenge to bring about sustainable change and results that really make an impact.
