Types of activity and scope...
- Exec Coaching/Consultancy:
We start with an exploratory session to help you tune in to what's business critical. These sessions are typically two hours. Over a series of sessions, we will explore and action what's vital for developing you and your business. Delivered at a location and frequency of your choice, there is no 'off the shelf' package here!
- Team Development Day or Series:
Facilitated sessions creating crucial time-out to focus on priorities, ways of working together and leading the organisation. Leadership skills as well as team dynamics and behaviours can be included within any programme. Designed with you to compliment existing development provision, or as a wider programme - what are you looking for from your team(s) right now?
- Action Learning for Leaders:
Bringing leaders together to build relationships, experience challenge and deliver results on real issues through facilitated group coaching. Effective for a single group of leaders (linked to other development or stand-alone), to groups of leaders from across your organisation, giving you scaleability and visible results. Usually based on six leaders for a series of half-day sessions.
