I'm often supporting senior leaders and directors who are experts and well-respected in their chosen profession or industry but most admit to finding themselves in a leadership position which they now realise takes a whole new set of qualities and resilience.

Yet the accountability rests with them to:

  • Deliver performance for shareholders, clients or service users

  • Design and bring about organisational change

  • Deal with any conflict that limits potential, prevents performance or quality

  • Create a climate or culture that people want to be part of and brings out the best in them

Whether starting with an exploratory consultancy or coaching conversation to define what you need, or diving straight into a brief you already have in mind, the support and challenge I give to you will be unique.     Types of activity and scope...

  1. Exec Coaching/Consultancy:
    We start with an exploratory session to help you tune in to what's business critical. These sessions are typically two hours. We will explore and action what's vital for developing you and your business. Delivered online or at a location and frequency of your choice, there is no 'off the shelf' package here but it will be challenging!

  2. Team Development Day or Series:
    Facilitated sessions creating crucial time-out to focus on priorities, improving ways of working together and leading the organisation. Leadership skills as well as team dynamics and behaviours can be included within any programme. Designed with you to address specific concerns, compliment existing development provision, or as part of a wider programme - what are you looking for from your team(s) right now?

  3. Accountability Groups or Action Learning:
    Bringing different business owners together, or leaders from within a single organisation builds relationships, experience challenge to deliver results on real issues through facilitated group coaching.
    Linked with other development or as stand-alone, working with a a single group initially gives you the chance to see the benefits and gives you scale ability of coaching with visible results. Usually based on up to six leaders for a series of half-day sessions either monthly or quarterly.

  4. Exec Coaching Groups online:
    Bringing together senior leaders or directors from a range of businesses - getting into what’s going on right now and what needs to change. A place to get real feedback, different perspectives, challenge and growth!
